Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Package

  Place the item in its original STAND OIL box along with all dust bags, tags, and protective packaging to ensure the product remains undamaged.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
